Van der Valk Hotel Hoorn has its own Congress & Events department. The new hotel (opened on July 2014) exists out of 16 meeting rooms all equipped with the latest technology. Van der Valk Hotel Hoorn has the perfect location, right next to the A7 highway, for multi-day meetings, congresses and seminars included with free parking possibilities. Our first floor is multifunctional, which allows us to hold customized events and tend to our guests in the most flexible manner. Our 5-hammer congress and event location offers a great diversity of possibilities.

Groups of 2 – 1500 persons

You can count on a total service concept, the most modern audiovisual means, stylish foyers and break-out lounges. The first floor is multifunctional and suitable for groups from 2 up to 1500 persons.

Congresses

The congress center has a multifunctional congress room of 357 m² (3842.72 square feet). This multifunctional congress room can be divided into 5 smaller rooms.

Events

Van der Valk Hotel Hoorn is very suitable for several events as congresses, expositions, gala dinners, meetings, weddings and staff parties.

Meetings

“Vergaderhamers”

Van der Valk Hotel Hoorn is the perfect location for business meetings. The five modern decorated meeting rooms makes sure of a successful gathering. De biggest conference room offers room for 750 people for the organization of an event. Because of the co-operation with the cinema, located in the same compound, you could also make use of their cinema auditoriums. Throughout the compound we offer the latest technology.

 

Meeting packages

We also offer meeting packages. Package prices mentioned are tax included but excluded the rental fee of the meeting room.

  • 4-hour meeting package from € 17,50 per person
  • 8-hour meeting package from € 40,50 per person, lunch included
  • 8-hour meeting package from € 50,50 per person, included 2-course dinner
  • 12-hour meeting package from € 60,50 per person

 

Prices above are excluding rental fee of meeting rooms. Packages are available from 2 to 50 people. If you wish to book a meeting package for over 50 people, the hotel will offer a different meeting packages rate including the rental fee of the meeting room.

Small and large groups are welcome on the intimate bar “ de Compagnie” for groups up to 75 guests or in one of our other spacious areas for larger groups.
