Celebrate the start of the asparagus season during a festive Live Cooking dinner!
On Thursday, April 30, 2026, we will festively open the asparagus season at Van der Valk Hotel Hoorn with a special Live Cooking asparagus buffet. Together with his team, our chef pays tribute to the white gold, with an extensive buffet where asparagus is central in both classic and surprising dishes.
During this evening, you will enjoy a fully catered dinner, including drinks and live music, in the familiar atmosphere of our Live Cooking restaurant.
Ode to the white gold
Asparagus forms the common theme throughout the buffet this evening. You will find them in amuse-bouches, soups, fresh salads, hot dishes, and various side dishes. Our chefs prepare a large portion of the dishes live for you, as you are accustomed to from us. In addition to the asparagus specialties, the buffet is complemented by a wide selection of our regular Live Cooking dishes, ensuring there is plenty of choice for everyone. To conclude, we present an extensive dessert buffet with various sweet treats.
