At Van der Valk Hotel Hoorn, we are actively working on making our supply process more sustainable. To achieve this, the hotel has implemented a chain-wide procurement process. In addition, purchasing environmentally friendly products and materials is a key focus in our procurement process, and the hotel prefers to collaborate with suppliers that have established a sustainability policy. A good example of this is our partnership with HAVI Logistics BV; a supplier with the Lean and Green Award, a prestigious prize for sustainable logistics.
