Franse Avond

Travel to the heart of France for one evening during our French Evening at Van der Valk Hotel Hoorn. On Thursday, June 11, 2026, we invite you to enjoy a culinary experience filled with French classics, live music and conviviality.

Guests are welcomed between 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM, after which a served 3-course shared dining menu will be enjoyed until 9:00 PM.

The evening starts with shared appetizers including baguette with herb butter, French onion soup, bisque, fruits de mer and a charcuterie selection. Main courses include gambas pastis, coq au vin and boeuf bourguignon, served with vegetables and potato side dishes. The evening concludes with the famous French dessert Crêpes Suzette.

For an extra festive touch, choose a welcome glass of sparkling wine or reserve a carefully selected 3-course wine pairing to complement the menu.

Alongside refined cuisine, guests will enjoy live music and a warm French-inspired ambiance. Perfect for an evening with friends, family or your partner.
