Start the last evening of the year with a glass of bubbles and then enjoy our extensive Live Cooking New Year's Eve Dinner. From 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, a wide warm and cold buffet is available for you, and our chefs prepare various dishes live.
Dessert should not be missed on New Year's Eve either. End the dinner at the extensive dessert buffet and enjoy a relaxing evening together in our Live Cooking restaurant.
Swinckels, house wine, soft drinks, coffee, tea, and juices are included in the price. Other drinks can be ordered at an additional cost.

We also make the New Year's Eve Dinner a fun evening for children. They can choose from their own children's buffet and entertain themselves in the children's corner with various activities.

After dinner
After the Live Cooking dinner, you can take a seat in the Lobby bar. Here you can have a drink and enjoy music together. There are both comfortable seats and standing tables available.
We do not organize a big dance party or gala during New Year's Eve. Therefore, the evening is suitable for those who prefer to celebrate the new year more quietly and decide for themselves how the last hours of the year look.
The Lobby bar also serves dishes from the regular small menu on New Year's Eve. The last dinner order can be placed at 8:30 PM.
New Year's Day at Van der Valk Hotel Hoorn
A quiet start to 2027
After a cozy New Year's Eve, you can start the new year calmly. Hotel guests can enjoy breakfast from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM on January 1st. Guests from outside the hotel cannot reserve for breakfast on New Year's Day.
Later in the day, lunch and dinner are available at Toos Restaurant according to regular opening hours. The Live Cooking restaurant is also open on New Year's Day for the regular dinner from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
The coffee bar is closed on January 1st.
