We welcome you every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 17:00 to 21:00 for a delightful dinner buffet in our special Live Cooking restaurant. Our enthusiastic team will be there all evening to take care of you. Enjoy a lovely dinner with your friends, family, or acquaintances. The ambient lighting and partition walls give our Live Cooking restaurant a cozy atmosphere. The restaurant is luxuriously decorated and is the perfect place to enjoy a delicious dinner in good company.

In our Live Cooking restaurant, we have also thought of our youngest visitors with a separate play area and entertainment. This allows the children to play while the parents enjoy our extensive dinner buffet. The ideal place to dine out in Hoorn.

Every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 17:00 to 21:00, you are welcome in our cozy Live Cooking restaurant. In a warm, luxurious ambiance, you can enjoy an extensive dinner buffet with family, friends, or colleagues. Our hospitable team will be there all evening to take care of you.

The restaurant is stylishly decorated with ambient lighting and partition walls, allowing you to enjoy a cozy evening out in peace. For children, there is a separate play area with entertainment, so they can also have a great time.

Wide range of dishes
Our buffet offers an extensive selection of cold and hot starters, including freshly made soups, salads, and luxury bread varieties. For the main course, you can choose from various fish, meat, and vegetarian dishes. Unique to us is our Live Cooking concept: our chef prepares some dishes fresh for you on the grill, so you can enjoy a culinary experience.

Festive dessert buffet
As a finale, the buffet is transformed into a true dessert heaven with cakes, pastries, mousses, and various types of ice cream. A perfect ending to a successful evening.

Unlimited drinks included
During the dinner, you can enjoy unlimited house wine, draft beer, soft drinks, coffee, and tea.

Special children's buffet
For our youngest guests, there is a separate buffet with treats such as poffertjes, pancakes, cheese soufflés, frikandels, chicken nuggets, and various sauces. Dining out becomes a party for the whole family.

Reservation

• Our Live Cooking dinner can be reserved on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

• Reservations for groups of 40 people or more can be made via: sales@hoorn.valk.com.

• For Live Cooking reservations for 20 people or more, full prepayment is required.

• Up to 24 hours before arrival, you can still change the number of guests free of charge, and the deposit will be refunded upon request. After this, you can no longer change free of charge.

• During special event days where full prepayment is required, you can still change/cancel the reservation free of charge up to 2 weeks before arrival. After this, the full costs will be charged.
