At Van der Valk Hotel Hoorn we ensure every guest feels welcome and comfortable. Our hotel and restaurant are fully wheelchair accessible: there are no steps and all areas are spaciously laid out.

Hotel facilities

Accessible toilet on the ground floor, equipped with a raised toilet and two sturdy grab bars. Wheelchair available to assist guests with transfers to and from the car. Wide, easy-to-open doors with hooks to hold them open.

Accessible rooms

Our specially equipped rooms offer extra comfort and accessibility:

Shower and toilet with sturdy grab bars, bath/shower chair, one room features an electrically adjustable bed and a comfortable lift chair, a wheelchair-friendly layout for optimal maneuvering space, and the option to connect to an adjoining room (our family rooms).
