Every morning our Van der Valk breakfast buffet is ready for you with a wide selection of fresh breads, such as butter croissants, Italian rolls, and country loaves. In addition, we serve various cold cuts and cheeses, including brie, ham, and slices of cheese. Fans of an English breakfast will also enjoy scrambled eggs, bacon, and other hot dishes.

For those who want to have a conscious breakfast, there are plenty of healthy options available such as yogurt, superfoods, and fresh fruit.

Live Cooking experience
Unique to our breakfast is the Live Cooking element: our chef prepares a fried egg or omelette on the spot, completely tailored to your liking. You choose the ingredients yourself; fresh and personally prepared.

  Please note: on Sundays, the breakfast buffet is exclusively accessible to hotel guests. However, you can join our extensive Live Cooking brunch.
