Live Cooking & Buffet

Our Live Cooking & buffet restaurant at Van der Valk Hotel Hoorn is always a party. You are welcome for breakfast, lunch, or dinner at our restaurant with an open kitchen. Come with friends, family, or colleagues to enjoy a lavish buffet freshly prepared by our chefs.

Our breakfast buffet and lunch buffet are open every day, our Live Cooking dinner is open every weekend and on Sunday our brunch buffet is open.

Plenty of options and plenty of choice for everyone!

Note: during the summer months we have adjusted opening hours.

On Saturday evening you can simply enjoy our Live Cooking buffet.

On Friday evening there is a summer break until August 21, 2026. From August 28, 2026, you can visit us again every Friday for the Live Cooking Dinner.

For the Sunday brunch there is a summer break until September 13, 2026. From September 20, 2026, you can visit us again every Sunday for the Sunday Brunch.

On Sunday evening there is a summer break until August 16, 2026. From August 23, 2026, you can visit us again on Sunday for the Live Cooking Dinner.
