On Friday, 27 November, our Live Cooking restaurant will be dedicated to game specialities. Enjoy an extensive buffet featuring delicious seasonal dishes as we kick off Game Week at Van der Valk Hotel Hoorn.
Lunch buffet
Every Monday to Friday from 12:00 to 14:00, you are welcome to enjoy an extensive lunch buffet in our cozy restaurant. Thanks to our buffet concept, there is a wide selection of dishes available, and various hot items are prepared for you.
Live Cooking Dinner
We welcome you every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm for a delicious dinner buffet at our special Live Cooking restaurant. Unique is our Live Cooking concept: our chef prepares a number of dishes fresh for you on the grill, so you can enjoy a culinary experience.
Sunday brunch
Are you still looking for the perfect break with an extensive brunch on the weekend? From 12:00 onwards, we welcome you with a festive glass of bubbles, after which you can enjoy an extensive brunch buffet.
