Start your wellness round with a relaxing shower. Rinse away the daily stress and prepare your body for the heat of the sauna.
Relax
Stay in the sauna for about 10-15 minutes, depending on your own comfort. The heat helps to eliminate toxins and promote circulation.
Refreshing shower
Now it's time to cool off under the refreshing shower. This constrast stimulates blood circulation and provides an energetic boost.
Swimming
Finish your round with a refreshing dip in the pool. The water provides ultimate relaxation and relieves any muscle tension.
Rest
Take enough rest before repeating this ritual. During this break, you can replenish fluid loss by drinking enough water and possibly eating something.
*To save energy, our sauna is turned off when not in use. Do you wish to use the sauna? Please let us know at least an hour in advance through reception. We will be happy to turn on the sauna for you!
